Thiruvananthapuram: The former Intelligence Bureau official, R.B Sreekumar, who is accused to have conspired in the ISRO espionage case, approached the Gujarat High Court seeking transit bail.

If granted, he could travel to Kerala to file an anticipatory bail in the Kerala High Court. In the petition, he stressed that he hadn’t met Nambi Narayanan during the investigation. However, he stated that he had interrogated Sasikumar for a day.

He also denied any conspiracy in the case as claimed by the CBI. He approached the court in view of the reason that the case is being investigated by the CBI.
