Thiruvananthapuram: The monsoon in Kerala has regained its momentum and it has been forecasted that the state will receive isolated heavy rains till July 5. The rains are expected to continue with lightning.

Yellow alert has been issued in all districts of Kerala except Thiruvananthapuram for Saturday.

From July 3 to July 5, all districts except Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta are on yellow alert.

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned fisherfolk in Kerala, Karnataka and Lakshadweep coasts not to venture into the sea till July 4.
