Kashmir scribe Mudassir Kuloo wins G Santha Teacher Journalism Award
The award has been instituted in the memory of G Shantha, an English teacher hailing from Thalavadi in Kerala’s Alappuzha district.
Bengaluru: Mudassir Ahmad Kuloo (33), an independent journalist from Kashmir, has been selected for the 5th G Santha Teacher Memorial Journalism Award 2021. The award is instituted by Inspired Indian Foundation (IIF), Bengaluru.
The award will be presented on November 6 in Bengaluru during the 5th Guru Kalam Memorial Lecture being organised by IIF to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam.
The award carries a specially-crafted stone memento along with Rs 25,000 cash.
