IMD predicts heavy rainfall in Kerala for next 2 days

Thiruvananthapuram: India Meteorological Department forecasted heavy and isolated rainfall in Kerala on Sunday and Monday. The monsoon clouds are currently lying south of Kerala after moving from their usual position. This situation is likely to continue for 3 to 4 days.

The low-pressure area, earlier located in the Bay of Bengal near South Odisha-North Andhra coast, moved in a west-northwest direction and is now located near South Odisha coast. The low pressure is likely to move west-northwest direction and weaken in the next 24 hours.
