ICU facilities to be set up in ESI hospitals: Minister Sivankutty

Alappuzha: Education Minister V Sivankutty on Sunday said Intensive Care Unit (ICU) facilities will be set up in all ESI Hospitals, run by Employees State Insurance Corporation, in the state.

“The salary reforms of doctors will also be implemented,” said the minister while inaugurating the state conference of Kerala Government Insurance Medical Officers Association (KGIMOA).

The conference, presided over by state president PK Vinod, was attended by Dr S Radhakrishnan, Dr AP Mohammad, Dr Vijayakrishnan, Dr Nirmal Bhaskar among others.
