Thiruvananthapuram: Minister Saji Cheriyan asserted that the government would not disclose the Hema Committee report. Justice Hema herself had demanded to keep the report under the veil, said the minister.
The Information Commission has also recommended not to reveal the content of the report. The minister questioned why some are adamant about disclosing the reports of the Hema Committee.
A meeting will be conducted on May 4 to discuss the introduction of a new act. Minister informed that the members of the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC) are also invited to the meeting.
