Idukki dam may be opened under heavy rains; Kakki dam opened

Thiruvananthapuram: The dams in Kerala are under scrutiny again as a warning on the possibility of heavy rains was issued. KSEB warned of opening the Idukki dam again if it continues to rain heavily. Kakki dam was opened on Saturday.
