Kochi: The Kerala High Court has cancelled the Vigilance probe against former DGP TP Senkumar.
The High court cancelled the probe ordered by the Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Court, considering Senkumar's petition in which he alleged that the intention of the probe was malicious.
The High Court had criticised the enthusiasm of the government on cases against Senkumar. The court also asked why the government is not showing the same eagerness in other cases.
The case relates to the alleged interventions made by Senkumar while he was holding the DGP's post and that he made fake treatment documents.
Another allegation is that Senkumar misused his authority while occupying the managing director’s post of KSRTC.
