Kochi: High Court of Kerala directed the CBSE Zonal Director to appear with the documents concerned on Thursday in connection with Arooja Little Star school case. The students of the school could not write the Class 10 board exams as the school was not affliated to CBSE. The court said that those sitting in Delhi are not aware of what is happening in Kerala and that it needs to be seen whether the students can write their board exams.
The decision to summon the Zonal Director of CBSE was following the petition submitted by the school management.
The court asked whether CBSE is aware of what is happening in Kerala. "If this is how things proceed, CBSE Director and Chairman will be summoned to the court" court said.
Director of Education, DPO and Police have been included as party in this case.
