Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala asked the government to reconsider conducting public examination when the Covid test positivity rate remains high in the state.
Examinations including CBSE and ICSE board exams have been postponed in national level. Competitive exams in national level also was postponed. But SSLC and Plus Two exams are still going on in the state, he said.
The students and parents are concerned as the second wave of Covid is intensifying in the state. The government should consider seriously if it is necessary to conduct examination in this situation, Chennithala stated.
