RSS activists with knowledge and intelligence should advise the Governor that such low rated political games won’t sell in Kerala, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan added.

Thiruvananthapuram: Coming down heavily on Arif Mohammad Khan, CPM Kerala state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said that the Governor was playing a low rated political game.

In a statement, the CPM secretary said that the Governor’s BJP state president role has breached all limits.

“The governor is making statements that does not suit his position. Why is he terming the ordinance passed by Kerala Assembly illegal? He has the responsibility to explain it to the people of Kerala,” Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said.

“The Supreme Court has given a verdict that the Governor does not have the right to intervene in the powers of the Assembly. Is Arif Mohammad Khan speaking his opinion without any knowledge of such a verdict?,” the CPM leader asked.
