Payyoli: A girl was found dead in her room after returning from attending the SSLC exam at Payyoli Govt High School on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Anusree (15), daughter of P Jayadasan and Sheeja, of Ayinikkad in Kozhikode.
The girl went to her room soon after returning from attending the exam. Later, the family grew suspicious after she failed to respond to their queries. She was found dead in the room after the family broke into her room. She was soon rushed to a private hospital. However, she was later pronounced dead.
It was learned the maths and physics exams were tough for her. It is believed that this might have led to the suicide.
