Sasidaran, Sachu
Kottayam: Police have arrested two persons, Sachu and his father Sasidaran, both natives of Ernakulam, for allegedly attacking a couple in Manjoor here.
According to the case, Sachu had used foul language while talking on the phone outside a woman's house. The woman's brother, who was living nearby, questioned Sachu about his behaviour. In response, Sachu reportedly went inside his house, returned with a knife, and attempted to stab the woman's brother. The victim's brother intervened, but Sachu ended up stabbing him instead.
The victim's wife arrived on the scene after hearing the commotion, at which point Sasidaran allegedly used abusive language against her and tore her clothing. The police arrested both men in response to the complaint and produced them before the court.
