Kochi: LDF convener EP Jayarajan has alleged KPCC chief K Sudhakaran defamed Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He demanded to register a case against Sudhakaran and arrest him for his defamatory remarks against the CM.
He urged the voters in Thrikkakara to protest against the incident.
K Sudaharan raised a sharp criticism against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan amidst the election campaign for the Thrikkakara bypoll.
“Sudhakaran used very bad language which is not supposed to be used by a politician. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is a popular leader. Apart from Kerala, he is a respected figure in India. Being the politburo member of CPM, he is one of the top leaders in India. So, he will interact with the public,” said Jayarajan.
“KPCC chief has taken a move to disrupt the peaceful state of Thrikkakara. Did AICC take action against him?,” asked the LDF convener.
Meanwhile, CPM also slammed K Sudhakaran over his remarks against the CM.
