Kochi: A 65-year-old woman in Kochi was sexually assaulted and murdered, and her nephew has been arrested in connection with the crime. The accused came under suspicion during questioning and was taken into custody.
The woman was admitted to the hospital on Saturday by her family with injuries, but she passed away.
The hospital staff noticed injuries on her body and informed the police, leading to the arrest of the nephew. The post-mortem report confirmed that the woman had been sexually assaulted prior to her murder.
