Elanthoor murders: Police to reopen 25 missing cases in Ekm, Pathanamthitta districts

Pathanamthitta: In the wake of double murders in Elanthoor, Kerala Police has decided to reopen missing cases reported in the past five years in Pathanamthitta and Ernakulam districts. There are 12 missing cases reported in Ernakulam and 13 in Pathanamthitta.

Police will examine whether the disappearance of people in these districts have links to human sacrifice.

Interestingly, 3 out of 12 cases in Pathanamthitta fall under the Jurisdiction of Aranmula Police station, where the double murder occurred. Meanwhile, three women were found murdered separately, under mysterious conditions. However, the police failed to solve it.
