Kochi: The Enforcement Directorate sent notice to actor Mohanlal to be present for interrogation in connection with the case against trickster Monson Mavunkal. Mohanlal was asked to arrive at the regional office of ED in Kochi. The actor’s statement will be taken in one more case other than that of Monson Mavunkal.
ED had received a statement that Mohanlal visited Monson’s residence in Kaloor once. It has been hinted that another actor who had a close connection with Monson had brought Mohanlal here.
Mohanlal’s statement regarding a money laundering case will also be allegedly taken along with the case of Monson. ED had sent a notice to the state police chief on Wednesday demanding to direct IG Lakshman to be present for quizzing in relation to Monson’s case.
