The doctor and his wife who were locked inside their flat
Thrissur: A doctor and his wife where locked inside their flat over coronavirus suspicion at Mundupalam here on Monday.
Following a complaint from the doctor, the Thrissur East Police registered a case and arrested the flat association officials.
The doctor and his wife had returned from Saudi Arabia after visiting their son. The flat association officials locked the flat from the outside when the couple were inside. They then pasted a board with the writing ‘corona’ on the door.
On receiving a distress call from the doctor, police came to the spot and freed the couple. Preliminary medical examinations revealed that the couple were not suffering from coronavirus.
