Dispute in BDJS: Election Commission approves Thushar faction

The EC approved the BDJS administrative committee in which Thushar Vellappally is the president, A. G. Thankappan is the vice president and Rajesh Nedumangad is the general secretary.

New Delhi: The Central Election Commission has rejected the claims of Subhash Vasu regarding BDJS. The EC also granted approval for the party faction led by Thushar Vellappally.

Subhash Vasu had approached the EC claiming that his faction was the real BDJS. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the EC granted approval to the Thushar faction.

The EC approved the BDJS administrative committee in which Thushar Vellappally is the president, A. G. Thankappan is the vice president and Rajesh Nedumangad is the general secretary.

The other day, Thushar Vellappally had visited several leaders including BJP national president J. P. Nadda.
