Disclose names of ministers who own benami properties in Maharashtra: Mullappally
Thiruvananthapuram: KPCC president Mullappally Ramchandran has demanded to disclose the names of the ministers who own benami land in Maharashtra. He also declared that no one can weaken the opposition with revengeful acts.
“Two of Kerala ministers own over 200-acre land at Sindhdurg district in Maharashtra under benami names. A Kannur native is the benami of the ministers. A Delhi based news channel reported that the Enforcement Directorate has initiated a probe to identify the Kannur native and the ministers,” said Mullappally.
He also asked whether the CM has the guts to probe on the matter.
“Why don’t the CM order for a preliminary inquiry on the allegations raised by Biju Ramesh against Jose K Mani? Is the CM trying to glorify Jose K Mani after allowing him to join LDF?” asked the KPCC president.
