Kozhikode: Director Ranjith is unlikely to contest the assembly polls as LDF candidate from Kozhikode North constituency. As disagreements arose within the party, Ranjith expressed his desire to back out, as per reports.
The CPM district secretariat meeting to prepare the list of probable candidates is progressing.
It is yet to know if they will recommend the name of Ranjith in addition to A Pradeep Kumar to the state committee.
