KV Thomas
Kochi: Senior Congress leader KV Thomas lashed out at critics over the controversy regarding Congress nomination for Rajya Sabha seat. Thomas said that he had not requested the Rajya Sabha seat. What happened to him in the name of seat was a planned attack.
Thomas said that he had risen not by shortcuts but by his work and actions. He went to Delhi on the request of Tariq Anwar. He added that Jebi Methar is a good choice as she belongs to a good family and knows how to perform in Delhi.
Thomas said he was the most blessed person in the party. He has been an MP, MLA and Minister for 50 years. He became the ward president at the age of 22.
