Kochi: Crime Branch is preparing to quiz Kavya Madhavan again in connection with the actress attack case. The investigation team alleged that Kavya’s statements during the first interrogation were inconsistent.
Crime Branch also has been collecting the bank transaction details of Kavya Madhavan. It has been alleged that the investigation team opened and inspected the bank locker of Kavya on Tuesday.
During the initial interrogation, Kavya had denied the evidence collected by Crime Branch against her husband Dileep in the case. She also discarded the financial and real estate allegations raised against her.
Though the team had planned to quiz Kavya in the presence of director Balachandra Kumar, the officials abandoned the plan as they had to question her at Dileep’s residence in Aluva. However, the Crime Branch is once again considering the possibility of questioning Kavya along with Balachandra Kumar.
