Kochi: Signalling a paradigm shift in policy, state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan and CM Pinarayi Vijayan said the government must make use of global finance capital for the development of Kerala.

The working report presented by Kodiyeri and the policy proposed by Pinarayi Vijayan batted for more finance capital to the state. Pinarayi further described how it could change the state which is controlled by the land-owning bourgeois.

There has been a sea of changes in the situation of finance capital. Kerala can make use of it by understanding the changes. The government is entitled to ensure a smooth pathway for it. However, this cannot be done by forgetting the present situation of the state, the report presented at the Kochi party meeting stated.

Kerala has to ensure technical and educational support for this. It may require more private investments, the report said.
