Kannur: CPM Kannur district secretary MV Jayarajan declared that funds for the 23rd party congress will be raised directly from the public. The groups formed to carry out activities of the party congress will collect funds.
4,371 such groups were formed in Kannur district. In a press meet, the secretary informed that cash will be collected from houses on February 27 and 28 while funds will be raised from traders on March 11 and 12.

| March 22 | Start building houses for the poor and roll out palliative activities on AKG Day. Science, history and painting exhibitions, and a book festival will be organised |
