Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan informed that a mass vaccination drive will be conducted in the state from August 9 to 31. In the Covid review meeting, CM also added that the vaccination of the final year degree students, post graduate students, LP and UP school teachers is the target of this vaccination drive.

This year too, people will have to perform the rituals related to ‘Karkkidaka vavu’ from their houses itself.

CM also informed the supriors should make sure that the government employees are reaching the office as per the current orders. He also asked them to ensure the others are working regularly from their homes.
