COVID-19: 2 from Wayanad, 3 from Thrissur return home after treatment


All five had returned from abroad and were undergoing treatment at various COVID-19 care centres.

Kalpetta/Thrissur: Two out of the three persons undergoing treatment for COVID-19, after returning from abroad, left hospital on Wednesday.

Meanwhile in Thrissur, 3 persons undergoing treatment for coronavirus returned home after being cured of the virus. One of them is a Chavakkad native who returned from Dubai while the other is a couple who returned from France.

In Wayanad district, 109 persons had gone back to their houses after completing their isolation period. 169 persons were under observation at various COVID-19 care centres in the district. They had come to Wayanad after border check posts were closed.

The remaining are under observation at various COVID-19 care centres in the district.
