New Delhi: Dissent is fuming in Congress over the jumbo list of Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) office bearers.

Soon after the Congress high command took a firm stance against the jumbo list, leaders including T. N. Prathapan and V. D. Satheesan came out with public responses criticizing the jumbo list.

The jumbo list makes the Congress a laughing stock among the public, opined V. D. Satheesan, who informed the AICC not to consider him for the working president post.

T. N. Prathapan has also requested the Congress high command to remove him from the list of office bearers. Stating that such a long list was unnecessary, Prathapan opined that office bearers must be selected based on performance.

A. P. Anil Kumar MLA also voiced a similar opinion.

Meanwhile, intense discussions are taking place in Delhi regarding the KPCC office bearers. It is learned that the size of the list has irked senior officials including Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
