Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition leader V D Satheesan has alleged that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's trip to Delhi was for settling the cases. He has alleged that the CM is trying to settle the gold smuggling case by negotiating with the Kodakara money laundering case.

VD Satheesan also pointed out that the High Court indirectly said that the probe into the money laundering case was a farce. He also blamed the probe team for not solving the mysteries as the court commented.

Pinarayi Vijayan went to New Delhi to negotiate with the Kodakara money laundering case and the probe by the central investigation agencies. Also, there was no meeting with the health minister to discuss vaccine-related matters, he further said.

Nothing was requested to the Prime Minister regarding the ex-gratia for the expats who died due to Covid. The issues Keralites are facing now including GST was not been discussed, Satheesan alleged.

“The Kerala High Court has stated that there are mysteries behind the case. Both the police and the government have information on what those mysteries are,” VD Satheesan said.
