CM Raveendran discharged from Thiruvananthapuram Medical College; advised to rest
Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister’s Additional Private Secretary, CM Raveendran, has been discharged from hospital.
He was taken to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital a few days back after he developed post COVID health issues.
Sources from the hospital stated that he is suffering from respiratory problems. Doctors have recommended Raveendran to take rest, although they did not mention for how many days.
ED had asked Raveendran to appear for interrogation in connection with the gold smuggling case. However, Raveendran could not appear as he tested positive for COVID. Following this, ED served him a second notice last week. It was in this context that Raveendran was admitted to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College.
Meanwhile, ED raided 3 shops in Vadakara due to the allegations regarding CM Raveendran’s benami dealings.
