CM asked to stop renaissance activities: Vellappally Natesan
Alappuzha: SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan said that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had asked him to stop renaissance activities and programmes.
Stating that the CM had asked him to do so in view of the Lok Sabha elections, Vellapally Natesan said the move was also to avoid differences among renaissance organisations.
“The CM had asked to temporarily stop renaissance activities till the LS polls had concluded. The CM asked to resume the renaissance activities after the polls. The CM made the demand after calling a meeting of renaissance organisations,” clarified Vellappally Natesan.
