CK Janu reacts to allegations, says no plans to run away from cases
Kalpetta: JRP leader C K Janu said she is being attacked as a tribal woman by all means and this is a disgrace to the democratic society in Kerala. Janu also made it clear that she has no plans to give in to the allegations against her and will legally deal with it.
CK Janu was reacting to the controversies that erupted after JRP state treasurer Praseetha disclosed that Janu received money from BJP leaders during the assembly election.
"I gave clear answers to every controversy. But new allegations keep coming up not satisfied with my replies. Does that mean a tribal woman should not come to the political field? I'm personally attacked if I buy a new house, vehicle or even dress. Should'nt I buy all this," Janu said.
Individual attacks against me as a woman cannot be justified. Do they want me to commit suicide? Those who are raising allegations against me have filed case in the court. I have no plans to run away. I will face it and cooperate with the investigation, Janu stated.
