Eldhose Kunnappilly
Thiruvananthapuram: The sexual harassment case against Eldhose Kunnapillil is fabricated, the MLA claimed in his reply to the show cause notice of Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee.
The Congress leader filed the reply via an advocate on Thursday.
Eldhose said that he is hiding to avoid arrest and will come out when the court orders on his anticipatory bail plea. He claimed this would quell unnecessary discussions on the matter. Meanwhile, a Thiruvananthapuram court allowed his plea with conditions.

KPCC president K Sudhakaran confirmed receiving the letter from the MLA. He said he would take appropriate action after reading the letter. Eldhose’s actions are unjustifiable, he added.
Meanwhile, MP K Muraleedharan slammed the MLA for hiding from the police. Congress will not protect him, he said.
The woman who accused Eldhose of sexual assualt told court on Thursday that the MLA and his aides tried to kill her at Kovalam. The fresh allegation was made at the Thiruvananthapuram court while it was hearing the anticipatory bail plea of Kunnapillil.
