Kollam: CCTV visuals of Fathima Matha College student Rakhi Krishna, who had committed suicide after allegedly being harassed by college authorities for allegedly copying in the exams, showing her running out of college has come out. The footage shows Rakhi going out through the main gate.
The security officers at the gate did not stop her. Rakhi’s friends had alleged that the teachers or the security officers did not take it seriously when Rakhi ran out crying from college. Now the visuals also support the students' statement.
The college management had said they did not know how Rakhi went outside. Also wide criticisms have been raised against the cold stand of the securities when a girl runs out of the institution, crying.
