Police has already filed a case against Vijay P Nair based on Bhagyalakshmi’s complaint.

Thiruvananthapuram: Thampanoor police has filed a case against three persons, including dubbing artiste Bhagyalakshmi, for attacking Vijay P Nair after he made derogatory comments about women. Police case was filed based on Vijay P Nair’s complaint.

Police has already filed a case against Vijay P Nair based on Bhagyalakshmi’s complaint. It was after this that Vijay P Nair filed the police complaint stating he was attacked and threatened by the accused.

The dramatic events took place in Vijay P Nair’s office. The group of women including Bhagyalakshmi, Diya Sana and Sreelakshmi Arackal reached his office and attacked him after he regularly made derogatory comments about women via social media. After pouring charcoal oil over him, the women made him apologise publicly.
Following this, Bhagyalakshmi filed a complaint at Thampanoor police station.

Bhagyalakshmi stated they know they have to face the consequence for their actions and that they did it for the sake of all women in Kerala.
