Alappuzha: A passenger died after a car crashed into a lorry which was parked at a roadside in Purakkad here. The deceased has been identified as Vazhamuttom native Prasanna Kumar.
The co-passengers Nithin and Babu from Nooranad were admitted to Alappuzha Medical College Hospital with severe injuries.
The accident happened when Prasanna Kumar and Babu were returning after picking up Nithin from the airport.
