Palakkad: Two people were killed after their car rammed into a private bus at Cherpulassery here on Monday evening. Three people in the car suffered severe injuries in the accident.
The deceased have been identified as Malappuram natives Manoj Kumar and Sreenath Puthenveetil. The car which was heading towards Ottapalam met with the accident around 5:30 pm on Monday.
According to reports, the car carrying the five passengers collided with a private bus operating on Ottapalam- Cherpulassery route.
