Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has responded to Kummanam Rajasekharan’s statement that Nemmm is Kerala’s Gujarat.
Responding to the question from media persons, Chennithala stated that calling Nemom as Kerala’s Gujarat is an insult to the voters of Nemom and that Gujarat is the hub of human rights violations in the country.
Chennithala claimed that UDF is determined to win the Nemom constituency in the upcoming election. UDF is really optimistic and will prove it in the Assembly election, he said.
Meanwhile, Oommen Chandy stated that KV Thomas is an important leader of the Congress party and that he will continue to remain within the party. He added that Congress is a democratic party and that any complaint will be discussed within the party.
