Idukki: In an unfortunate incident, a student died after a tourist bus fell into a gorge on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Minaj, hailing from Malappuram. He is a student of Regional college in Valanchery.
The accident happened near Thinkalkade in Idukki during the wee hours on Sunday. According to reports, the bus lost control and fell deep into the gorge. The bus was carrying students from a college in Valanchery.
All 41 passengers onboard the bus were rescued. The injured are admitted to Taluk hospital and a private hospital in Adimali.
