Mavungal (Kasaragod): The triplets who were born together are now going to cast their first vote together. Kanhangad Mavungal natives Navya, Nithya and Neethu are all set to vote in the upcoming local body polls. They said that they have political views, but the candidate's efficiency will be considered this time as it is local body election.
The triplets are daughters of Balakrishnan Karichery, a businessman in Sharjah, and M P Sreeja. All three of them were born on June 14, 2001. As the previous Lok Sabha election was held two months before they turned 18, they could not cast their first vote.
Among the trio, Navya, who is the eldest one by a few minutes, has joined for Computer Science in the College of Engineering in Thiruvananthapuram. The second girl Nithya is going to study MBBS in Jharkhand AIIMS and the third one Neethu has got admission in Kollam Parippally Government Medical College.
The triplet's elder brother M P Jayakrishnan is working as a civil engineer in Dubai. The girls will cast their first vote at Ram Nagar School in ward 10 of Ajanoor panchayat.
