Two Keralites died as a boat capsized on a reservoir at Canmore Spray lake in Alberta, Canada. The deceased were identified as Angamaly native Jio Paily and Kalamassery native Kevin Shaji.

The incident happened when a group of four men went to Spray lake for fishing on Sunday. Unfortunately, the boat capsized when they were attempting to make it to shore following adverse weather conditions.

Two of them were killed, while Lijo Joshy from Thrissur was rescued. Search is still progressing to find Chalakudy native Leo, who went missing in the accident.
