BJP state leadership blames Sobha Surendran for staying away from party without reason


Sobha Surendran is currently the state vice president of BJP. So, it is not ideal to protest by staying away from the party. The state president and other leaders informed that they cannot accept these action without cooperating with the party.

Thiruvananthapuram: The BJP state leadership has taken a stand against Sobha Surendran and stated that she is staying away from party programmes without any reason. The state unit informed this to the RSS state unit and BJP national leadership.

Sobha Surendran is currently the state vice president of BJP. So, it is not ideal to protest by staying away from the party. The state president and other leaders informed that they cannot accept these kind of action without cooperating with the party.

Even after the party leaders requested, Sobha continued to remain absent in party meetings and was not active in the local body election campaign also, the state unit pointed out. She raised protest against the state leadership in the previous days.

The RSS leadership had expressed displeasure over the poll debacle faced by the BJP. RSS had directed to assess the reasons of poll debacle and why Sobha Surendran and others are staying away from the party. With this, the state leadership gave an explanation.
