BJP leader death: Karnataka police suspected to have taken Thalassery native in custody

Kannur: Karnataka police reached Thalassery in search of suspects, who have connection with the murder of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Nettaru. It is hinted that a Paral native has been taken into custody. However, Kerala police have not obtained any further information regarding the incident.

Karnataka police have conducted a raid in the house of the suspected youth, who works in a chicken stall here. Police informed that a group consisting of four men have unleashed the crime. The team arrived in Thalassery after examining the chats in a WhatsApp group.

Massive protests have broken out in Karnataka following the death of Praveen Nettaru on July 26.
