Mumbai: The court would decide on Wednesday if rape charges could be booked against Binoy Kodiyeri on a complaint filed by Bihari woman, based on the charge sheet submitted my Mumbai police. The case was reviewed by the Dindoshi court on Monday.
Binoy and the woman public prosecutor, who was to appear before the court, were not present and hence the court postponed the hearing to another date. Binoy submitted a plea seeking permission to travel abroad for business matters. However, the court did not consider his plea on Monday.
