Kottakkal: A biker averted accident by jumping into a runway car and applying brakes in the busy Kottakkal town. The incident, captured on CCTV, showed a car parked in Kottakkal town suddenly speeding in reverse. Amidst the screams for help, P Sudheesh, a bike passenger, risked his life to stop the car.
The incident took place on Monday at approximately 2:30 pm. The driver had parked the vehicle without engaging the handbrake and had stepped away to a nearby bank. The car, with members of a family from Thennala, started moving suddenly.

The car veered across to the opposite side of the road, prompting Sudheesh to take swift action. He opened the front door, leapt into the driver's seat, and brought the runaway car to a halt by applying the handbrake. Sudheesh is an employee of KSFE.
