Pinarayi Vijayan
Malappuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the allegation raised by RSS ideologue R Balashankar regarding CPM-BJP deal during election is only an internal issue of the party and would not affect CPM in any way.
Matters like seat allocation and rejection despite instructions from Narendra Modi and Amit Shah are their party affairs. I can’t say anything about it, Pinarayi Vijayan said in a press conference at Malappuram.
When asked if UDF is behind the allegation of Balashankar, Pinarayi Vijayan said he is doubtful about whether UDF grew up to that level. UDF is the B team of BJP and that is why BJP claims they would rule Kerala if they win 35 seats, the chief minister said.
There is no issue in Sabarimala and there is no need of discussion over this. Some people show huge interest over Sabarimala when election is round the corner. They raised this issue in local body polls too, but it did not work, he said.
It was supreme court that took a stand on Sabarimala issue. Later, the court relaxed its stand and the final verdict is yet to come. Then the government would discuss it with the believers who have difference of opinion. Till then, everything will continue like this, the chief minister clarified.
