Kochi: The Prosecution on Monday came up with more evidences against Dileep when his bail plea was taken up for hearing at the Angamaly Magistrate Court.
The Prosecution said Dileep called up actress Ramya Nambeesan on her landline phone at around 10 pm on the day when the actress was attacked. The Prosecution expressed doubts over the intentions behind the telephone call.
It also submitted before the court that he had phone conversations with several people on that day till around 12.30 past midnight.
The defendant counsel argued that the call was made after knowing about the incident and that there was nothing strange about it.
Today, the Angamaly Court denied bail to the actor for a second time. Earlier, the High Court had rejected his plea twice.
