Ayodhya verdict: State police to keenly observe all social media platforms keenly
Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Police has informed that strict actions will be taken against those found spreading hatred on social media in connection with the Ayodhya case verdict that will be pronounced by the Supreme Court on Saturday. Such people will be immediately taken into custody on charges of non-bailable offences. The authorities have informed that the instructions regarding this have been passed to all departments within the police.
Similar actions will be taken also against individuals who forward such kinds of messages on the social media. They will also be charged with non-bailable offences.
All kinds of accounts across all social media platforms will be under the observation of Kerala Police cyber cell, cyberdom and cyber police stations for 24 hours.
Advanced technologies will be used to find those involved in spreading communally charged posts.
