Palakkad: Minister K Krishnankutty said that strict action will be taken over the sequence of murders in Palakkad. He said that all accused in both murders will be nabbed within two days.

“I contacted Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan after hearing about the murders. He has issued instructions to take strict action on the matter. A new force has been deployed in Palakkad. We have to protect lives. Police must maintain strict vigil. They may have to use force to keep things under control. The brain behind these murders must be found and nabbed,” said the minister.

The minister added that places prone to such attacks will be identified. The decision on conducting an all-party meeting will be taken after consulting with the CM, he said.

“Some people are trying to bring forth communal violence and divide the nation into two. This will affect everyone,” the minister said. He also advised everyone to exercise caution.
