PM Arsho
Kochi: The Ernakulam district court has quashed the bail of SFI state secretary PM Arsho in a case of attempt to murder of Erattupetta-based lawyer. Police have initiated measures to arrest him.
The court cancelled his bail over a report filed by police alleging that Arsho had violated bail conditions.
Arsho violated several conditions, including failing to appear before the investigation officer every Saturday. Earlier, Arsho was released on bail after spending one and a half months in jail.
He was arrested back then for violating bail conditions and getting involved in other cases while on bail. However, he received bail in August 2022.
